Our diverse mix of established brands, notable newcomers, and lifestyle sport collections has helped us to maintain a loyal clientele over the years. The modern and minimal design of our store showcases our carefully selected unique shoe collection that we update each season.

ORDERING MERCHANDISE
You may order merchandise online and also by phone by calling our store at 415.673.4736 during our store business hours (please see store hours above).
Orders placed Monday-Friday usually ship within 1-2 business days. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Availability of merchandise will be checked before accepting any orders.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Francisco sales tax is 9.5%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
SHIPPING
We ship all packages by UPS. We can ship orders anywhere on the continental U.S. Charges are calculated by weight and destination. Shipping may take up to 7 business days depending on destination and type of shipping used. Shipping charges are nonrefundable for all returns.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will gladly be accepted within 14 days from the day you receive the merchandise. FINAL SALE ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Please call our store at 415.673.4736 during regular business hours or email us for a return authorization number before sending back any merchandise. Packages without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Shipping charges are nonrefundable for all returns. Returns must be shipped with an insured carrier.
Refunds will only be applied to the original credit card used. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show on your credit card statement. Once your items have been received, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
